1 Mt. Doom

A volcanic mountain of unstable tectonic movement and of great danger and legends. No one has ever mapped out the inner bowels of the mountain and the caverns within nor survived a mission into this lair of the unknown. The area is surrounded by a strong necromantic mist which spreads out for six miles from the mountain and contact with it converts one to an undead.

3 South Dren'gal Border (Damocles Empire)

This checkpoint regulates all travel in and out from the occupied nation of Dren'gal as Damocles keeps informed of all Drow movement from the area.

4 Reszmaer City (Damocles Empire - Population: 125,000)

The former capital of the Dren'gal Empire this Drowish city is now under the control of the Damocles Empire after it's ruler, Rawblade Dren'gal, surrendered before the Empire during the brief Damocles-Dren'gal War in 714 AD. Also the scene of a bloody revolt by Drow against Damocles forces in 715 AD. In the battle over 150,000 Drow died as well as the Drow Priest Rhaimet

5 Briddin (Damocles Empire - Population: 32,000)

6 Fort Senchant (Damocles Empire - Population: 2,500)

This small military base watches over all traffic in and out of the Axius region towards the Damocles Empire to the east. Anyone passing thru here is stopped and searched by Damocles soldiers who live out of the nearby fort.

8 Rhaimet Temple

A temple devoted to the Primal of Death Oblivious. It's leader Rhaimet was a strongly vocal Drow against the Damocles presence in the area but is protected by the others of the temple.
