While our focus is mostly on IRC/Chatroom based Role Play, we are working to integrate PBP/Forum-based Role Play into Imperia and we welcome both IRC and PBP Gamers to our site.
Imperia is an Advanced MFFRP (Medieval Free Form Role Play) group using an originally developed setting and storyline that features several detailed worlds, many different nations, and hundreds of complex characters and people. We appeal to the advanced and skilled role players, those tired of undeveloped channels with no storylines, to players seeking something more and something better. You won't find a channel bursting with 60 players of mediocre but you will find a channel with the best there is. If you want to learn or want to improve yourself, or you want to take a step up to the next level of Role Play then we want you.

With a plotline and setting that could fill many books and role play that immerses your characters into an ever changing world Imperia is for the advanced player who prefers a realistic and complex setting where the lines between good and evil are blurred, where sometimes the hero don't always win and where nations and people are at each other's throats in an eternal contest of supremacy and survival.
