Note - If a Rule has (FF) included in it's name, that means this is a Free Formed move. You simply notify the PM what you are attempting to do. He states the results and costs if any. No real explanation follows for these rules, or rules have the FF Option if you wish to deviate from the description mentioned.

Another Note! - Feel free to FF or RP out whatever you want. This system is designed to provoke RP, not hamper it.

Other

Raise Taxes - In this move, which takes place for only one season but can be done as many seasons as one wishes, a Nation imposes a higher tax. It causes a sudden boost of resources in a stockpile by 10% (rounded up), however lowers Loyalty of all Groups by 2, and causes a 10-50 point drop in Nation Confidence.

Lower Taxes - This move is the reverse of the above, causing a 10% drop in your stockpile of resources (rounded up) as well as a 5% drop in the Treasury and causes a sudden boost to Loyalty and Confidence. You cannot use this move if your Stockpile is empty, nor can you use it at the same time as Raising Taxes.

Raise Loans - In this, you secure an emergency loan. Payment is 10% Interest per season, till the Loan Amount is paid off. If you go a year however without making a payment, then the bankers and traders conspire to ruin you.

Survey Land - Check a Hill or Mountain Area for Additional Mineral Deposits, requiring 1 Population Unit for 2 Seasons and costing 2 Gold Units. If a new vein is detected, you will be alerted of this. This can only be used on one Land Unit, however you can send out as many teams as you wish.

Survey Land (Airship) - Same as above, however you assign an Airship to attempt to do the same task. It can do it in 1 Season, but costs 3 Gold Units for this act. No Population Units

Survey Land (Submarine) - For this, peaceful relations with the Group Tiordras Mining Corporation is required. (They become the same as any other Loyalty Group). To do this, requires a payment of 1 Gold Unit and for 1 Season. Any minerals detected you would be alerted, but TMC would be needed to mine it and they would do so only for a percentage fee. In this, a Water Unit is searched as opposed to a Hill/Mountain Unit.

Move Troops - Move troops to or from a land under your domain, if you control other dominions under the flag of a larger one.

Move Goods - Same as above, just with goods.

Request - Send a request to the nation that rules over you be it for money, goods or military support or a minister. Results may vary.

Recruit Ministers - In this you seek out Ministers either in your land or in another's land. Chances to find one in your own land are better than to recruit from another, but doing so you will only find one at basic starting level. To recruit one from another nation, state the nation and position you wish. There is a degree of chance you will fail, based on where you try to hire from.

Train Ministers - For 1 Gold Unit + the Current Level of your Minister (If Applicable) you can improve the skill of your Minister. There is a 50/50 chance the training fails, and if it fails you still lose the money.

Adventure/Sabbatical (FF) - On this, the Ruler takes a season off to either rest, adventure or travel. All moves for the season are done by NPC Staff.

Open Policy (FF) - Anything and everything that you can't find here, goes in this move. Want to do something that the moves don't cover? No problem! Just state it in this move.
