Dominions uses a list of various commands, however you are not limited to merely those we have provided you. Also we will gladly add in new command options, based on suggestions by people. The Commands are entered in during a turn period, as the Nation Manager (He who runs a nation) decides what their nation shall do for the coming season. If a Rule has (FF) included in it's name, that means this is a Free Formed move. You simply notify the PM what you are attempting to do. He states the results and costs if any. No real explanation follows for these rules, or rules have the FF Option if you wish to deviate from the description mentioned.

Civic Commands are those that affect the people and the social status, as well as contain projects for building such as Castles, Towns and Mines.
Intelligence runs the gamut from spy work to counter-terrorist actions.
Military Commands deal with the Administration of a Nation's Army, Navy, Fleet & Militia.
Trade Commands help in a Nation's dealings of goods, gold and products to the marketplace or other nations.
Diplomacy Commands handle how a nation deals with other nations, which can make or break you in critical moments.
Finally, the Other section are all of those commands that wouldn't fit anywhere else.
